I’m sure others would too and I am really appreciative of your enthusiasm, and lots of people do actually pay for my records via bandcamp and stuff, sadly i’ve run into a lot of bad financial luck and my health has been a problem so i’ve had to spend more than i generally make.
The past three months would of been nigh impossible without people buying t shirts or volunteering to pay for downloads and stuff. I’m trying to make some cooler things to buy for people who want to pitch in and help me make more records, but I don’t think it’s ethically in my right to just straight up ask folks for money, it should always be an optional thing. Donation based.
I’ll probably never live off of my music, or even come close, but because of kind people I will survive and make more records and more friends and hang out in this beautiful, fucked up planet.
